• Upload Heavier GPX Files: No more hitting upload walls. We've enhanced our file handling so you can seamlessly upload significantly larger GPX tracks directly from your browser.
• Official Launch of the iOS and Android App ! 🚀 It's a big day! Version 1.6.0 marks the first public release of the Randuro native mobile app on the App Store and Google Play. Download it to track your rides, scout trails directly on the mountain, and have everything instantly synced with your web profile.

• Brand New Home Page: We've completely redesigned the home page with a more immersive look (new light beam effect), improved community stats presentation, and highlighted missions.
• Willkommen!: Randuro now speaks German! The application is fully available in German.
• Photos and Scouting Notes: You can now add photos to your rides and attach them to your scouting notes directly from the field!

Improvements

• Even More Accurate Elevation: We've improved the detection of flat sections on your GPS tracks and strengthened the filtering of missing/bad GPS points for truer-to-life elevation stats. Graph profiles are also updated in the comparison dialog.

• Upload Your KMLs! Aside from the traditional GPX or FIT export, seamlessly toss in your massive .KML files coming from elsewhere.
• Risk-Free Sharing ("Cleaned"): The route displays perfectly publicly from start to finish... A false good idea when the start is your house. From now on, when sharing it, download a "cleaned" file stripped of the GPS info from the start/end! No more fear of your bike being spotted.

• Competition-Level Elevation: Massive overhaul of the calculations! We now cross-reference your GPS tracks with MapBox's terrain smoothing for a TRULY perfect Elevation Gain.
• Support for Old GPX: The tracks of your ancestors in 1.0 format can now be successfully read by the tool.
• 🍺 and 🚵‍♂️ Guaranteed! Have fun using emojis in the name or description of your sessions endlessly without making the database scream.

New Features

• Make Yourself at Home! The native mobile app is progressing nicely, but in the meantime, quick, add Randuro to your smartphone's home screen (PWA). This removes all browser buttons for an almost "native" experience.

Improvements

• A New Map Engine: We literally replaced the entire brain managing the maps... The result? GIANT, immense tracks display without overheating your phone, everything glides and zooms at breathtaking speed!
• Garmin Holds Its Ground: Synchronization with your devices has been hardened yet again against slightly corrupted or weird GPS files. Even against the worst of watches, we manage to decipher the track.

• Official Badges: You will sometimes spot "Official" confirmation badges. These routes come directly from trail centers, Federations, or resorts, with their approval. Perfect for riding clean, maintained, and fully authorized trails!
• A Pumped-Up Homepage: Our landing homepage completely revamps its look to better explain the adventure and the very essence of Randuro to newcomers arriving from the web.
