What is Randuro?

Randuro is a privacy‑first platform for mountain bikers. Track rides, explore community activity, and join events. The command palette (⌘K or Ctrl+K) is your home base for quick stats, shortcuts, and AI chat (beta) — start there after sign‑in.

How do I sign in?

Use a magic link—no passwords. Go to Sign In, enter your email, and click the link we send. If it doesn’t arrive, check spam/promotions and request a new link. Review or revoke sessions in Settings → Security.

Is Randuro free to use?

Yes. Free Rider includes GPX/FIT uploads, Garmin auto‑import, basic maps, simple stats, and community events. A paid plan with advanced features is coming.

What file formats can I upload?

GPX (universal) and FIT (Garmin with rich metrics). GPX works almost everywhere but often has fewer sensor details. FIT is Garmin’s native format and typically includes heart rate, power, and device info. Randuro accepts both; if you can, choose FIT for more data.

Which devices are supported?

Any device or app that exports GPX or FIT: Garmin, Wahoo, phone GPS apps, and more.

Who can see my rides?

Your profile is private by default. Choose per‑ride visibility (public or private) and change it anytime.

Can I edit my ride data?

Yes — title, description, privacy, location, notes, and photos.

Why might my ride distance differ?

Different platforms calculate distance differently. Randuro computes distance from your GPS track for accuracy. If something looks off, reach out via Support.

My Garmin rides aren’t syncing — what should I do?

Reconnect in Settings → Integrations, verify recent activities in Garmin Connect, and try again. See the Integrations guide for details.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use magic‑link authentication (no passwords to leak), per‑ride privacy controls, and secure storage. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Delete individual rides or your entire account from Settings.

How do I contact support or send feedback?

Use Support for help and Feedback to share ideas or report issues.
